A very popular and highly effective way of showing how much you appreciate your client is to present him with a corporate gift. If the customer has been using the services of the company for a long time, then the gift has to be chosen from a completely different point of view. Such long term clients must be given gifts that are chosen more carefully, after taking into account their personal preferences. Another option is to give a plaque, which is seen as a gesture of gratitude almost everywhere in the world.
You need to make sure that you do not give the same gift for a second time. A repetitive gift can in no way have the same effect on a customer. So if you have already gifted calendars, next time try pen stands or photo frames and so on. But always make sure that the gift needs to be both functional and classy.
An inferior quality gift can harm the reputation of the organization, so do not ever compromise in this respect. At the same time, you need to keep an eye on your budget. Your budget should not be exceeded simply because you went overboard. You will create expectations of an equally costly gift in future, which is never a good idea.
